John founded EQUIP as a global mission ministry in 1996.  John's vision for EQUIP is that it develop Christian leaders whose potential is great but for whom opportunities for learning leadership have been limited.  He is absolutely convinced that if Christian leaders around the world are trained, resources, and encouraged, there is no limit to what can be accomplished in fulfilling the Great Commission!  EQUIP trains international Christian leaders to effectively serve the growing Body of Christ around the world by providing strategic leadership training through conferences, resources, partnerships and technology.
