The ORCC Vision and You

More than 40 years ago, God placed a dream and a vision in the hearts of Wallace and Marilyn Hickey: To build a church that would prepare ordinary people for great accomplishments in the kingdom of God.

Like any seed, the dream started small, but continues to grow as God brings people like you…who partner together to bring the vision to pass through their prayers, giving, and faithful service. 

In 1995, Reece and Sarah Bowling, the Hickeys' son-in-law and daughter, joined the ORCC staff to continue the legacy.  Now, God has brought YOU to ORCC…at this very moment in time…to be part of God's divine plan for the Denver Metro area!

Who We Are

God called Wallace and Marilyn Hickey to reach out to the people of Denver more than 46 years ago.  In August 1960, Full Gospel Chapel opened its doors in a small storefront location at 1008 East Hampden.  Today, that original congregation of 27 has grown into an internationally respected church with more than three thousand members known as Orchard Road Christian Center.  To read more about our history...click here.
